Eligibility Criteria for Sindh institute of child health and neonatology

Clinical Affairs (Obstetrics and Gynaecology):

1. Professor:
   • Qualification: You need to have the right qualifications as per the guidelines from PM&DC for a Professor. Also, you should have eight years of experience working in a respected teaching hospital.
   • Age: Up to 70 years.
2. Associate Professor:
   • Qualification: You should meet the criteria set by PM&DC for Associate Professor and have five years of experience in a respected teaching hospital.
   • Age: Between 35 and 60 years.
3. Assistant Professor:
   • Qualification: You should meet the criteria set by PM&DC for Assistant Professor and have three years of experience in a respected teaching hospital.
   • Age: Between 30 and 60 years.
4. Senior Registrar:
   • Qualification: You should meet the criteria set by PM&DC for Senior Registrar and preferably have two years of experience in a teaching hospital in the relevant field.
   • Age: Between 30 and 55 years.
5. Registrar:
   • Qualification: You need to have completed your MBBS with a one-year house job and preferably have additional qualifications like MCPS or FCPS/MD. Experience of one to five years in Obs & Gynae is preferred.
   • Age: Between 28 and 55 years.

Nursing Services:

6. Head Nurse:
   • Qualification: You should have a BSCN/Diploma in Nursing with valid PNC registration. Plus, you should have six years of experience preferably in Obs & Gynae.
   • Age: Between 26 and 55 years.
7. Assistant Head Nurse:
   • Qualification: You should have a BSCN/Diploma in Nursing with valid PNC registration. Also, you should have four years of experience preferably in Pediatrics.
   • Age: Between 26 and 55 years.
8. Nursing Services Staff:
   • Qualification: You should have a BSCN/Diploma in Nursing with valid PNC registration. Experience of one year preferably in Gynae or Pediatrics is needed.
   • Age: Between 20 and 55 years.
9. Midwife:
   • Qualification: You should have completed a Diploma in Nurse Midwifery with valid PNC registration. Plus, one year of experience preferably in Obstetrics is required.
   • Age: Between 20 and 55 years.

Resource & Skills Development Centre (RSDC):

10. Manager RSDC:
    • Qualification: You need to be a fully recognized/registered MBBS holder by the PM&DC and preferably have a Masters in Hospital Administration/Management. Also, you should have eight years of experience within a healthcare setup, with five years in a Team Lead position.
    • Age: Between 30 and 55 years.
11. Assistant RSDC:
    • Qualification: You should have graduated from an HEC recognized University. Plus, you need one year of experience.
    • Age: Between 30 and 55 years.

OPD Services:

12. Diabetic Educator:
    • Qualification: You should have graduated in a relevant subject from an HEC recognized University. Plus, one year of experience is required.
    • Age: Between 20 and 55 years.
13. Nutritionist:
    • Qualification: You should have a BS in Nutrition & Food Sciences from an HEC recognized University. Plus, one year of experience is needed.
    • Age: Between 20 and 55 years.

General Services:

14. Janitors and Guards:
    • Qualification: You should have completed Matriculation. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.
    • Age: Between 20 and 55 years.
